Forgotten Carboys Yield Surprise Awesomeness.

Holy cow - had two 1 gallon carboys of mead from the 11-15-08 batch that have been sitting almost forgotten... we intended to simply dump them out and clean the rig, but Tom took a swig and discovered honey mead goodness in those things! So now we have a couple of 20 oz bottles of cherry and regular mead that has been FOUR years in the making. Go figure!
